We are thrilled to be serving the Franklin community as the only specialty cut-to-order cheese shop in the area. We only source and feature cheeses from small creameries and cheesemakers in our cheese case and our dine in experiences! Our cheese offerings are a showroom of their hard work, talent, dedication and passion.
You will only find cheeses made by hand from producers who are ethical to their herds and the environment. Our store is a celebration of the commitment of these people to make exceptional cheese. You will not find mass, factory produced cheeses in our space.
Our educated cheesemongers are here to guide you to find the perfect cheese. Their purpose is to teach you and let you experience new and unique flavors. They represent and share the story of each cheese.
You can come in and take cheese from our retail counter, sit at the bar and enjoy a wine and cheese flight, take a class with us or let us help you with your next private event. We are here for it all and wish to be your one-stop-shop for cheese.
