CLASS SCHEDULE - MEMPHIS
Join us and learn all about cheese and pairings! Make it a fun girl's night or date night or just come to nerd out on cheese and make new friends. Classes are held at our store in East Memphis on Tuesdays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. We do offer a few classes/events on other days. Limited spots (12 - 20 participants).
Doors open at the scheduled class time and instruction time begins promptly 15 minutes later. After class you have time to shop our retail shelves or purchase some of the cheeses and wines you enjoyed during class. Spring/Summer workshops on sale now.
MAR 4 - Taste of Place – Wines of France and cheese pairings - $65 per person
Our taste of place, wine tasting series takes you through Europe’s most popular countries as we explore French wines. Learn about the diversity of styles and tasting notes as you enjoy 4 French wines. Take your knowledge of French wines and how to pair with cheeses to the next level. TUE 6 - 8 pm - for ages 21+

APR 1 - Taste of Place – Wines of South America and cheese pairings - $65 per person
Our taste of place wine tasting series takes you through South America's most popular countries as we explore South American wines. Learn about the diversity of styles and tasting notes as you enjoy 4 South American wines. Take your knowledge of South American wines and how to pair it with cheese to the next level. TUE 6 - 8 pm - for ages 21+
APR 8 - Cheeses and Girl Scout Cookies - $45 per person
We cannot think of something more fun and perfect than pairing cheeses and Girl Scout cookies. This class, a staple for three years running, is unique, fun and always sells out! Reward your taste buds with 5 incredible cookie and cheese pairings. Add a wine package to take your evening to the next level. TUE 6 - 8 pm - for ages 12+

APR 15, APR 22 or APR 29 - Cheeses and Chocolate - $45 per person
Join us for our BEST SELLING class as you learn how to pair cheeses with chocolate. No more perfect pairing exists when the two are combined. This sells out quick! Enjoy and delight your senses with cheese and chocolate pairings. For ages 12+ TUE 6 - 8 pm - for ages 12+

MAY 6 or MAY 20 - Spring Time Cheeses and Wines - $65 per person
Warmer temperatures are calling us to enjoy some spring time cheeses and wines. Join us as we learn about spring forward flavors as you sip on 3 wines from sparkling wines and roses. TUE 6 - 8 pm - for ages 21+

JUN 3, JUN 10, JUN 17 or JUN 24 - Introduction to cheese (Cheese 101) - $45 per person
By some estimates, there are over 1,800 types of cheeses in the world. This class will show you everything you need to know to help you get started on your cheese journey or expand your cheese knowledge. The class will give you an introduction as you learn about the different types of cheese, what to pair with it, a bit of cheese history, and tasting notes as you enjoy your five cheese selections. We will start with sampling fresh cheese and end with the bold tastes of blue cheeses. TUE 6 - 8 pm - for ages 12+

When purchasing tickets you agree to the below:
CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. If you are not able to attend, your ticket may be transferred to someone else, who must use your name when they arrive to check-in.
We now also offer an optional alternative to protect your tickets via Purchase Protection from TicketSpice.

SEATING GUARANTEES: We assign seats prior to your event. Please notify us in advance if you wish to sit with guests who are purchasing tickets separately.

How much do workshops cost?
Cost varies by workshop depending on the number of cheeses, wines or type of experience. Cost is $45 - $85.
Where do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online. All workshops are announced a few weeks prior to the event via our newsletter and social media.
Can I transfer my ticket from one class to another?
We are not able to transfer tickets to another class.
I am unable to attend the class I signed up for
All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are not able to attend, your ticket can be transferred to someone else who must use your name to check into class. We are now providing the option to add Purchase Protection for a small fee and get a 100% refund of your registration purchase should you be prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. This is service is offered directly by TicketSpice.
Is there a wait list for workshops?
Yes! Since our classes sell out quickly, we often have a wait list. Please send us an email to info@greyscheese.com and we will add you to the wait list. You will be notified via email if there are openings due to cancellations. These will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
